Dr. Marlon James is an Assistant Professor in Urban Education at Texas A&M University and President of the Equality and Equity Group LLC. For two decades, Dr. James has provided training and research for promoting systemic equity in education and instructional equity in classrooms.

Dr. Kelly N. Ferguson is Co-Founder and Principal Consultant of the Equality and Equity Group focused on providing equity solutions for educational organizations concerned with promoting fairness, equal treatment, and healthy professional work environments. Her research focuses on educational equity and African American male education.
